Overall, we can say that the year 2015 is our best and most prolific year so far. It has been a magnificent 3 years in the industry and we continue to do our best to be the first choice of all potential customers and become a one-stop shop for all Birthdays & Christening Celebrations. Aside from the usual Kiddie Parties, we will continue to cater to Wedding Celebrations, Corporate Events & Debut.
The year that was is a year to remember. There were several challenges that continue to make us stronger personally and as a team, including a theft incident in our store but the lessons we have learned are far more beneficial than the physical possessions we’ve lost. Compared to its previous year, the reward of the year 2015 is almost double because of the techniques we have developed and the planning we have done for all the forthcoming bookings.
This 2016 we will focus more on improving our craft and avoid lapses. There have been minor and uncontrollable drifts last year but we are now working on a plan to avoid them. A checklist every time we pull out finished items done in the store, to be delivered to the customers, is necessary to make sure all the items are already in the customers possession before the party starts. Other solutions for efficiency will be carried out in the next 2 months and we will continue to make plans to make everything faster & better.
Without compromising the quality of the products and services we are offering, we will create ideas and innovate solutions this 2016 to continue to become Cebu’s best and most productive balloon shop.
To roll out in the next few weeks, our innovations include new set of affordable packages, faster setup time and better quality of products. We are now setting our standards high without changing the cost of our bundles. This will surely retain more customers and new customers will not waste time in finding for another option because everything they need is in one place.
All the necessary items for a party can now be provided by us – these includes the Balloon Decorations, Party Supplies, Clown, Photography and Video Services, Photobooth, Ice Cream, Cakes and Cupcakes, Bubble Show and many more.
Aside from the surprise innovations, we are also planning to buy a new delivery van this year to make sure we have a smooth delivery and setup for all the confirmed customers. Traffic in the Metro has gradually become worst and we are doing our best to avoid any lapse, even though the traffic is out of our control – this will make sure the client is happy during his/her child’s special day. We usually set a 2-hour-before-the-event setup time and start driving 3 hours before the party. Having a new vehicle will make sure the delivery is ahead of time and there will be enough time to setup all the decorations. There were no delayed deliveries last year but there were 2 instances where we finished JIT (just-in-time) – and we don’t want that. We want to finish ahead of time and let the customer see that everything is done when they arrive at the venue.
We will also continue working on tips and techniques for small players in the industry and those parents who want to DIY. Our tips on safety, tips on decorating a venue and tips for newbie are just a few pages that will help them achieve a nice output.
