Situated just a few meters from the main highway of Pusok in Lapulapu City, LEMCO building offers a spacious function room for any occasion. At the topmost part of the LEMCO building, in the 4th floor, is a nice venue for birthdays, christening celebration and event weddings. Corporate events and meetings can also be held here. Those who rent this venue has the option to bring his/her own Catering Service, Balloon Decorator, Dessert Buffet, etc. The venue will provide the sound system and basic lights inside the air-conditioned room but the visitors can choose to stay outside the room and appreciate the nice view outside. The building is located infront of 7-Eleven and PNB Bank in Pusok. It is a about a hundred meters away from the foot of the 2nd Mactan-Cebu bridge.
