The small problem with Allure Hotel & Suites is that they charge the client P300 balloon corkage if the latter chooses another company to decorate their kiddie birthday party. Because Allure Hotel is in partnership with a couple of Cebu-based balloon decoration companies, it is reasonable enough that they are aggressively promoting their partners. Based on our experience and feedback from clients who tapped our services for Balloon Decorations at Allure Hotel, getting our service plus the hotel’s corkage fee is still lower than getting the service of the hotel’s partners. We only offer professional service and use quality balloons for our decorations. The hotel has a nice parking area and accessible by your guests as it is located in the A.S. Fortuna Highway.
