Snow White

In 1937, Walt Disney Production produced and American Musical Fantasy titled Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and was released by RKO radio Pictures. This is the first full-length cell animated feature movie and the earliest Disney animated feature movie. The elements of the story were the magic mirror, poisoned apple, the Glass Coffin, the evil queen, and the seven dwarfs. The seven dwarfs were first known in their individual names in the 1912 Broadway play Snow White and the Seven Dwarves and then given different names in Walt Disney’s 1937 film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The Grimm story, which is commonly referred to as “Snow White”, should not be confused with the story of “Snow-White and Rose-Red” , another fairy tale collected by the Brothers Grimm. In 1938, Snow White was chosen for Best Musical Score at the Academy Awards. The following year, an honorary Oscar for the film was awarded to its producer, Walt Disney. This award was unique, containing of one normal-sized, plus seven tiny Oscar figurines. They were presented to Disney by Shirley Temple. These were the cast of the movie:

Snow white is a young princess. Her stepmother has obliged her to work as a domestic servant in the castle. Even though this, she keeps a cheerful but immature demeanor.

Queen Grimhilde is the evil stepmother of snow white. Once her magic mirror says that Snow White is the “fairest” instead of her, she directly enlists Humbert the huntsman to kill her in the woods. After she learns that Snow White did not die, she covers herself as an old woman and uses a poisoned apple to remove Snow White from her trail without killing her.

The Prince, who later appears to revive snow white at the end of the movie. He first saw snow white singing at the wishing well and immediately fell in love with her.

Bashful is the shyest of the dwarfs, and is frequently humiliated by the presence of any kindness directed at him.

Sneezy, which name is earned by his extremely powerful sneezes. Dopey is the only dwarf who does not have a beard. He is mute, with Happy explaining that he has simply “never tried” to speak.
